Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In their original condition and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Custom or special orders

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
